· Prices include consumption of electricity, water, gas, towels and bed-clothes for kitchen and the bed room, hair-dryer, use of the swimming pool (from 24/04 to 25/09 sedepending on the weather conditions), Ping Pong, common Barbecue, Mountain bike also for children.
· The prices are intended for apartment : 2 people in the two-roomed, 4 people in the three-roomed and 6 people in the four-roomed. Extra charge of 15,00 € for an additional bed (cradle free).
· The deposit is € 150,00.
· Deposit € 150,00 to be payed at the beginning of the stay and to be given back at departure.
Final cleanig (Cooking field not included ): € 15,00 per person (exclusive children under 8 years).
· Penalty for not cleaning the cooking field € 30,00.
· Small animals are allowed if requested before. There will be a supplement fee of € 15,00 for the final cleaning.
· Heating: Double room € 10,00 a day, Triple- and Quadro-rooms € 15,00 a day.
· Begin of the stay at 4 o'clock p.m. at arriving day, the last day the appartement has to be left until 10.00 o,clock a.m.
· Tray with fruit and sweets at arrival.
· Double and Triple rooms are having the necessary equipment for people with handicap.
