· Advance booking: 5% discount for booking within 30.04.2012
· Prices include consumption of electricity, water, gas, towels and bed-clothes for kitchen and the bed room, hair-dryer, use of the swimming pool (from 24/04 to 25/09 sedepending on the weather conditions), Ping Pong, common Barbecue, Mountain bike also for children and internet wireless free of charge in the common area.
· Prices are intended for apartment : 2 people in one-bedroom flat, 4 people in two- bedrooms flat and 6 people in three-bedrooms flat. Extra charge of 5,00 € per day for each person added (cradle free of charge).
· Deposit € 150,00.
· Bail € 150,00 to be payed at the beginning of the stay and to be given back at departure.
Compulsory Final cleanig (Cooking field not included ): € 40,00 for one-bedroom flat, € 60,00 for two- bedrooms flat and € 80,00 for three-bedrooms flat.
· Penalty for not cleaning the cooking field € 30,00.
· Small animals are allowed if requested before. There will be a supplement fee of € 15,00 for the final cleaning.
· Heating: € 10,00 per day for one-bedroom flat, € 15,00 per day for two- bedrooms flat and three-bedrooms flat.
· Begin of the stay at 4 o'clock p.m. at arriving day, the last day the appartement has to be left until 10.00 o,clock a.m.
· Welcome basket.
