The property is made up of two buildings:
• Nerbona, the main building
• La Casina, located just 1.5 km away, reachable by car in a few minutes or with a pleasant walk through the woods.
Both offer a swimming pool, barbecue, games, and spaces surrounded by nature.
Each apartment, created from ancient rural structures, has its own character and unique details: fully equipped kitchens, private outdoor areas with table, chairs, and umbrella.
Some accommodations are also accessible to people with disabilities.
The Main Property
The main Nerbona property consists of 12 apartments, 2 bedrooms, the beautiful Villa Aia and a swimming pool.
Here you will also find the reception, the caretaker’s house, a consecrated chapel dedicated to Saint Luigi, two barbecues, mountain bikes, table tennis, table football, a volleyball net, a swing, and football goals.
An industrial kitchen is also available, ideal for large groups.
The main property can accommodate up to 64 people.
The Second Property
A kilometre and a half from Nerbona’s main property, crossing a charming little woodland, you reach La Casina, an intimate and enchanting building with 5 apartments, a swimming pool, barbecue, swing, and football goals.
Up to 24 people can stay here, in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere.
