. Deposit: 30% of total amount, minimum deposit equal at first-night’s price. For groups and for who rent an entire structure we will require a second deposit of 30% of total amount to paid 2 months before the arrival. 
· Bail € 100,00 to be payed at the beginning of the stay and to be given back at departure.
· Penalty for not cleaning the cooking field € 30,00.
· Small animals are allowed if requested before. There will be a supplement fee of € 15,00 per day.
· Begin of the stay at 4 o’clock p.m. at arriving day, the last day the appartement has to be left until 10.00 o,clock a.m.
· One-bedroom and two-bedrooms flats suitable for disabled.
