Villa L’Aia is a detached unit located within the main building. It consists of two large living rooms, a kitchen and three bathrooms (one with just a toilet and sink, while the other two are full bathrooms). There are three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin room with two single beds for children) and a private washing machine.
From Easter to October, the villa also offers a private outdoor space furnished with a table, chairs, and parasols.
The kitchen is fully equipped with: a dishwasher, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, moka coffee machine, salad bowl, cutting board, pots, pans, and a corkscrew.
